**Sweet Sixteen**
Current list of high-quality companies trading in the Sweet Spot range (MIPAR+5% to MIPAR+10%).

## Sweet Sixteen Selection Criteria

To qualify for the Sweet Sixteen, companies must meet strict standards:

| Criteria | Minimum Requirement |
|----------|---------------------|
| PAR Range | MIPAR+5% to MIPAR+10% |
| Quality Rating | 65+ (Good or Excellent) |
| Financial Strength | A Rating (80%+) |
| Sales Growth | 8%+ annually |

### Why These Standards Matter

**PAR Range**: Companies in the Sweet Spot offer attractive returns without excessive risk. PAR above MIPAR+10% often signals unrealistic expectations, while PAR below MIPAR+5% suggests overvaluation.

**Quality Requirements**: Only financially strong, profitable companies with predictable earnings make the list.

## Tin Cup Model Portfolio

Our model portfolio demonstrates the Manifest Method in action using a purely mechanical, disciplined approach.

### Portfolio Rules

| Rule | Target |
|------|--------|
| Total Holdings | 12-20 stocks |
| Overall PAR | MIPAR+5% to MIPAR+10% |
| Overall Quality | 65+ (Good or Excellent) |
| Sales Growth | 10%+ annually |
| Position Size | 3%-12% of total assets |
| Diversification | Multiple sectors/industries |

### Selection Process

Stocks are ranked using a **Combination Rating**:
- Formula: (PAR × 200) + (Quality ÷ 2)
- Higher scores indicate better opportunities
- Same methodology used for Sweet Sixteen screening

### Selling Discipline

The model portfolio sells when:
1. A stock's PAR falls below the 5-year Treasury yield
2. Portfolio's overall PAR drops below target range
3. A better replacement becomes available

This mechanical approach removes emotion from investment decisions and demonstrates long-term wealth building through disciplined stock selection.
