# Dashboard Actions Menu

Every dashboard has an \*\*Actions\*\* dropdown in the toolbar (alongside Worksheets, Add Alert, Edit, and Delete). The Actions menu is where you find Print, Export, and display customization.

## How to Open the Actions Menu

1. Navigate to \*\*Dashboards\*\* in the main nav
2. Open the dashboard you want to work with
3. In the toolbar above the holdings table, click \*\*Actions ▼\*\*

Path: \*\*Dashboards \> [Your Dashboard] \> Actions\*\*

## What Is in the Actions Menu

| Item | What it does |
|------|---------------|
| \*\*Columns\*\* | Choose which metrics (PAR, Quality, P/E, Yield, etc.) appear in the holdings table |
| \*\*Table Density\*\* | Switch between Compact, Comfortable (default), and Spacious row heights |
| \*\*Hide Values\*\* | Mask dollar amounts when sharing your screen or printing — useful for screencasts and forum posts |
| \*\*Print\*\* | Open the browser print dialog with a clean, print-friendly view of the dashboard |
| \*\*Export: CSV\*\* | Download holdings and metrics as a CSV file |
| \*\*Export: XLS\*\* | Download holdings and metrics as an Excel-compatible XLS file |

## Printing a Dashboard

Use \*\*Actions \> Print\*\* rather than your browser's Cmd/Ctrl-P from the page — the menu option triggers a print-optimized layout that hides navigation, expands the holdings table, and includes the dashboard's blended PAR, Quality, and Growth in the header.

Combine \*\*Hide Values\*\* with \*\*Print\*\* when you want to share a structural view of the portfolio without revealing position sizes.

## Export vs. Print

- \*\*Print\*\* is for paper, PDFs, and visual sharing — preserves formatting, color coding, and headers.
- \*\*Export (CSV/XLS)\*\* is for spreadsheet analysis — gives you raw numbers you can pivot, sort, or feed into your own models.
