# Investment Clubs

Investment clubs enable groups to collaboratively manage portfolios, share analysis, and discuss investments in private forums on Manifest Investing.

## What Clubs Get


Club members share a private workspace with:
- Shared portfolio dashboards for tracking club holdings
- Private forums for member-only discussions
- Collaborative stock research and analysis
- Full access to all Manifest Investing analysis tools

## Getting Your Club Started

### Contact Support

Investment clubs are set up by our support team to ensure proper configuration. To create a club:

1. Email **support@manifestinvesting.com** with your club name and details
2. Provide the email addresses of club members who need accounts
3. Our team will create the club and add your members

This ensures your club is properly configured with the right subscription settings and member access.

### Club Roles

Clubs have a simple two-tier structure:

| Role | Capabilities |
|------|-------------|
| **Owner** | One designated club leader (contact support to change) |
| **Member** | All other club participants |

**Important**: All members (including the owner) have equal access to create and manage club dashboards and post in forums. Administrative tasks like adding members or managing subscriptions are handled by our support team.

## Using Club Features

### Shared Dashboards

Any club member can create and manage dashboards for the club:

1. Click **Dashboards** in the main navigation
2. Select **New Dashboard**
3. Your club will appear as an option for dashboard ownership
4. Create dashboards to track your club portfolio, watchlists, or study groups

Club dashboards appear in a separate section in your Dashboards dropdown, making them easy to distinguish from your personal dashboards.

### Private Forums

Each club gets a private discussion area where members can:
- Share stock research and analysis
- Debate buy/sell decisions
- Post meeting notes and voting records
- Discuss investment strategy

Access your club forum through the **Forums** section in the main navigation.

### Research Tools

Club members have access to all Manifest Investing analysis tools:
- [Company analysis](/guide/getting-started/reading-company-page) for detailed stock evaluation
- [Stock screening](/guide/using-the-platform/stock-search) to find investment candidates
- [Dashboard tracking](/guide/using-the-platform/dashboards) for portfolio performance

## Tips for Success

**Start Simple**: Begin with a basic portfolio dashboard and add complexity as members become comfortable with the platform.

**Assign Research**: Have members research specific sectors or companies to share in your club forum.

**Use the Sweet Spot**: Focus discussions on stocks with PAR between MIPAR+5% and MIPAR+10% for the best risk-adjusted opportunities.

**Document Decisions**: Use the forum to record why you bought or sold specific stocks. This creates valuable learning history.
