Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)

A valuation method estimating an investment's value based on its expected future cash flows, adjusted for the time value of money. A higher DCF value relative to the current stock price suggests the stock may be undervalued. Widely used in fundamental analysis to determine intrinsic value independent of market sentiment.
