Also referred to as "combo rating," a combination of PAR and quality characteristics into a single metric. MANIFEST has used (QR/2 +PAR\*200) to generate a rating which accounts for both of the primary characteristics. The current combination rating includes an "influence" from the CAPS rating and penalizes companies with exorbitant PAR forecasts.
