Group Investing: Common Ground

Investing with groups of friends, whether in groups where portable accounts are encouraged, or in the traditional partnerships known as investment clubs can be a bolstering and mystery busting experience.

This session will examine objectives, finding a common ground for jargon and detail some successful experiences and best practices that we've observed over the years.

This is not-for-clubbers-only. As we like to emphasize, many model clubs become havens or incubators for displaced individual investors and we also know that some individual investors prefer to remain ... well, independent. That doesn't mean they can't extract lessons from the philosophy of the modern investment club movement.

Join us as we explore success factors in long-term investing.
