SSL Encryption
"Secure submit" means we use SSL-encryption, an industry standard security protocol, to encrypt data sent during login and account creation. Your information is encrypted so that only your computer and our servers can use it for the purpose inteded. The information that is typed in will be encoded and only our web server can decode it. In layman's terms this means that anyone 'listening' to traffic en route will not be able to make sense of any information given.
My browser warns: You are about to be directed to a connection that is not secure. Why?
When you are finished sending us your data and we start sending you web pages, your browser will detect that you are no longer using SSL-encryption. Depending on your browser configuration, you may see a warning message.
